Celebrate. Remember. Fight back.

Did you attend Relay for Life last weekend?  What an amazing event.  If you've never been I encourage you to participate and take a lap or 100 to support a cure for cancer.

The event was held at the soccer field right next to the beach.  The grass there is barefoot friendly and I'm pretty sure it was the prettiest venue for Relay for Life in the country!

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and passed away last September.  This was an event she loved participating in and I did too.  Thanks to all of those who came out to show their support for the survivor and families and to honor those who are no longer with us.
