Ron Hart’s column is carried by thirty newspapers from California to Florida. His Southern libertarian views and humor have been described as “Lewis Grizzard meets P.J. O’Rourke.” Ron graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis, where he was elected student government president, and also attended The Fund for American Studies at Georgetown University. Upon also getting his MBA from Memphis, Ron went to work for Goldman Sachs. He was appointed to the Tennessee Board of Regents by then-Governor Lamar Alexander and is now a private investor.
