Marilyn Ann Lynch, 71, passed away at her home in Rotunda West Jan. 30 after a battle with cancer.
The daughter of Gueseppi and Lucy (Guglienetti) Provine, she was born Dec. 20, 1939, in Newark, N.J.
For many years, she worked in management for Deluxe Check Printers in New Jersey. Longtime residents of Pompton Plains, N.J.,, she and her husband came to Florida in 1993 where she kept busy in her role at Oyster Creek Country Club in Englewood, as well as being involved with ceramics at Paint It Purple.
She and her husband attended St. Francis Church for years.
Marilyn leaves her loving husband, Owen E. Lynch of Rotunda West; three children, Joseph Lynch and his wife, Jackie, of Pompton Plains, David Lynch and his wife, Michelle, of Bloomingdale, N.J. and Melissa Fisher of Rotunda West. She also leaves two brothers, Julius Provine of Englewood, Robert Provine of Englishtown, N.J.; two sisters, Francis Ham of Pompton Plains, Lucille Kroeckel of of Bridgewater, N.J.; and seven grandchildren.
A service to honor her life will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 4, at the Chapel of Lemon Bay Funeral Home, 2 Buchans Landing, Englewood. She will be laid to rest in New Jersey.
