BIPS cookout produces pure pork specialBarrier Island Parks SocietyApril 15, 2011
The Barrier Island Parks Society “Cookout in Paradise” fundraiser drew dozens of backers to the pork and beans with macaroni salad dinner. Proceeds from the $10 entry fee benefits the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse Museum. Chad Lach and Joe “Baldy” Rinaldi cooked the pig, which was praised by hungry diners at the 6:30 p.m. event Sunday.
