Kids, bring your parents to the Lee County Parks & Recreation Halloween Carnival at the Boca Grande Community Center for fun and games.
Costume parade begins at 4 p.m. Tuesday and the carnival games ($5 wrist bands) and cake walk will begin following the parade. Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks will be available at the Black Cat Cafe.
One bag of individually wrapped soft candy (not hard candy) per child is appreciated no later than Tuesday, Oct. 25. Cakes are also needed for the cake walk between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Crowninshield Community House.
