The Boca Grande Community Center is looking for volunteers to help with special events this season. Volunteers are needed for the following events:
n Gasparilla Island 4 Mile Run, Sept. 24;
n Halloween Carnival, Oct. 29;
n Turkey Hoop Shoot, Nov. 19;
n Boca Grande Community Picnic, Jan. 21;
n Boca Grande 5k Run, Feb. 26;
n 27th Annual Bike Parade, March 17; and
n Boca Grande Egg Hunts, April 7.
We also need volunteers for our Reading Is Fundamental Program.
