One of the coolest bar/restaurant options in Southwest Florida is Tommy Bahama, a man better know for his pricey designer line of clothes.
His eateries and bars are upscale, too, but offer good value. The closest to Boca Grande are located in Sarasota or Naples among the five Florida sites. My favorite is in Myrtle Beach but I'm pretty sure the Hawaii outlets would be outstanding.
One of their most endearing traits is a willingness to mix it up as mixologists and concoct something new and fresh out of longtime standards.

A New Amsterdam martini.
Here are three refreshing Tommy Bahama cocktails inspired by global travels and a renaissance for classic cocktails, elixirs based in Pisco, a clear brandy from grapes in South America, Kentucky bourbon or Calvados, an exquisite apple brandy from France - all mixed with fruit juices.
Imbibe at any of 13 Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar locations across the country or - better yet - create them at your Boca Grande home for yourself and friends.
