The Tampa Bay Rays are offering an exclusive "buy one, get one free" ticket special for a $9 berm/boardwalk ticket at the 1:05 p.m. game Wednesday, March 14 on Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce Day.
Capt. Sandy Melvin of Gasparilla Outfitters will throw out the first pitch when the Rays play the Miami Marlins.
