Charlotte County Sheriff's deputies arrested three Lemon Bay High School students for burglarizing RJR Convenience Store, 3725 South Access Road, Englewood East, late Wednesday night.
A witness told police she saw suspicious males wearing hooded sweatshirts walking around the business near 11:30 p.m. and they attempted to hide as she drove by.
A deputy arrived and saw a subject running and another get into a maroon older car and fled the scene. The deputy stunned one suspect who was identified as Alexander Tristan Germonprez, 67 Oakland Hills Place, Rotonda West. Police ID'd the others involved as Joel William Houseley, 15, 182 Cougar Way, Englewood, and Dylan Hunter Hayden, 15, 180 Broadway, Englewood.

The store owner's surveillance video reportedly showed Germonprez smash the front door glass to enter the building while the others stayed outside. The owner said his business has been burglarized multiple times recently.
All three boys were transported to the Charlotte County Jail at 7 a.m. this morning after questioning. Germonprez, Housley and Hayden were charged with felony burglary. Germonprez was also charged with resisting an officer. Germonprez and Housley have previous felony burglary charges. All three were booked and then released to their parents. The investigation continues.
