‘5 Women’ attract jolly good crowd

The Boca Grande Art Alliance 5 Women Art on Banyan show at 236 Banyan St. drew a healthy crowd for its three-day run this weekend.

Art Director Pike Powers has employed a winning formula in her first year with a festive opening reception followed by three days of low-key showings.

Hors d'ouevres circulated through the relaxed show-goers many of whom were equipped with a nice glass of crisp white wine on the way in.
