An extraordinary thing had happened in Boca during the drive. An anonymous person entered Hudson's Grocery and saw the Harry Chapin brown food bags. He asked about them and gave the Hudson's ladies $500 cash for Harry Chapin Food Bank. The gentleman refused to identify himself.
This gesture of generosity, added to the money raised by "The Taste," totals $31,500 for the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
Over 10 years, "The Taste" has generated more than a quarter million dollars for the Food Bank.
