Cecilia Jonsson-Bisset of Boca Grande won place for her watercolor "Antares Nymphea" at a show held in the Art Center Manatee. The 'Light and Drama" show was an open media juried exhibit with 128 works accepted.
"I was very happy to win," Jonsson-Bisset said.
