Charlotte County Sheriff's Major Crimes Unit detective's report there is a strong possibility the body found buried Saturday in a grave at 161 Avens St. in Port Charlotte is 74-year-old William F. Taylor.
"We believe this is our missing man; however, we must rely at this time on forensic data to make an absolute positive identification due to the stage of decomposition of the body," the police said in a press release. Fingerprints and dental records are still trying to be located by detectives for positive identification.
