Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron said the Sheriff's Office will conduct low-manpower DUI checkpoints between Thursday and Saturday, June 21-23. Deputies will stop traffic and conduct various test procedures looking for impaired drivers.
The Sheriff's Office does not announce date, time, or location of checkpoints to deter those who may drink and drive, or use drugs and drive.
