Boca Grande property values reached nearly a cumulative $1.5 billion after the $15.9 million increase in 2011. Adding the $435,472,597 taxable value from the Gasparilla Island properties in Charlotte County brings the total taxable value of Boca Grande property owners to a little more than $1.9 billion.
