Boca Grande Fire Department Chief C.W. Blosser will attended a briefing with the Lee County EOC at 4 p.m. today.
"We are monitoring Tropical Storm Isaac and currently there are no Charlotter or Lee County EOC activations," Blosser said in a mass e-mail to Gasparilla islanders. "We are providing more storm updates on our website: www.bocagrandefire.com."
After the briefing, if conditions or information warrent, bloisser said the BGFD will schedule a meeting or share any pertinent information in another e-mail.
