To the Editor:
The re-opening of Port Boca Grande Lighthouse & Museum has been moved from Saturday, Sept. 1, to Sunday, Sept. 2, after Tropical Storm Isaac caused delays in floor work that must be complete.
The museum will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 3.
Hours of operation through October: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday.
The museum goes into a seven-day operation Nov. 1.
