Charlotte County Commissioners will hold the first of two budget hearings at 5:01 p.m. Sept. 13 in Room 119 of the Charlotte County Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, to discuss the proposed budget for fiscal year 2012 to 2013. The public is invited to attend.
