The Englewood United Methodist Church Music Ministry 2012-2013 Concert Series opens with harpist Tasha Robinson and flutist Karen Romig in concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28 in the Sanctuary, 700 E. Dearborn St.
A free will offering will be collected and child care will be available.
Romig has played flute in the Venice Symphony Orchestra and orchestras in California and Florida. The Venice Symphony and Venice Chamber Orchestra have featured her as a concerto soloist. She was a featured soloist at the Crystal Cathedral at age 14 and for the Palos Verdes Peninsula Young Artists Music Festival.

Robinson recently moved to Florida and is principal resident harpist with the Venice, Ocala and South Shore symphonies and principal harpist for the Sun City Chamber Ensemble. She works with churches and elementary schools to create harp lessons and ensemble programs for children.
