November 6, 2012
Gasparilla Gazette

Lines of waiting voters snaked 30 feet outside the Boca Grande Community Center Woman's Club Room with just six hours left in the tightly contested 2012 Presidential Election.

Boca Grande voters are also deciding whether to OK a property tax designed to help pay for three bridges being built on island, 11 amendments and numerous offices, including Lee County sheriff, Lee County Commission and U.S. Senate.

Voting officially concludes at 7 p.m. The Thursday Gasparilla Gazette and bocagrandetalk.com will have results ASAP.
