Boca Grande listings comprise healthy inventory

Nine new Boca Grande listings were posted by the Multiple Listing Service in the first week of 2013.

The top price was at 1880 18th St., which listed for $1.88 million.

Seven Gasparilla Island properties closed. The top price paid was $5.15 million for single family residential at 695 Boca Bay Drive.
