Caregiving is stressful physically, emotionally and mentally. You are not alone. Join our group for a much-needed break, to share strategies, relax, learn and laugh. This is for anyone who is caring for someone or may be caring for someone soon. The group is co-facilitated by Nancy Blackstone, Carol Lucas and Grace Ott, registered clinical social work intern.
