Andrew Fone returns to Boca Grande with a new documentary with some fascinating footage he recently discovered that provides new insights into history that has shaped contemporary China.
Fone selected significant events of the 19th and 20th centuries and relates them to contemporary issues. He produced this documentary specifically for the Boca Grande audience. Fone is passionate and knowledgeable about China, having made over twenty extensive trips there.
Join Friends of Boca Grande at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 in the Community Center Auditorium followed by a reception in the Woman's Club Room.
